By accessing and using KnowCgpa ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
KnowCgpa provides tools for CSVTU students including CGPA calculation, ATS resume generation, AI mock interviews, and placement preparation resources. All services are provided "as is" and for educational purposes only.
3. Privacy and Data Handling
All document processing (such as result PDF parsing) is done entirely on your device (client-side). We do not store, upload, or transmit your academic documents or personal identifiable information to our servers. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for 100% accuracy in our CGPA and CPI calculations based on the official CSVTU guidelines, KnowCgpa is not an official university tool. We are not liable for any discrepancies, errors, or academic decisions made based on the results generated by this tool. Always verify with your official university transcripts.
5. Intellectual Property
The KnowCgpa brand, website design, and custom algorithms are the intellectual property of the site operators. Any CSVTU-related logos or names are the property of Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University and are used for identification purposes only.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
